What happens on a call

A 30-minute conversation, structured to answer one question: are we the right fit for what you need?

First 5 minutes. Your situation in your own words. We listen, no interruptions.
Next 10 minutes. Clarifying questions about your data, ERP, team structure, and the decisions you can't currently make fast enough.
Next 10 minutes. An honest read on whether we're the right fit, what we'd do if we engaged, and where we wouldn't add value.
Last 5 minutes. Next steps if it makes sense, or names of better-suited firms or freelancers if it doesn't.

A concrete sense of what an engagement would look like, or whether one is needed at all.
Recommendations of other firms if we're not the right fit. We'd rather you find the right partner than book a project that won't work.
